p444 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use p444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform. p444 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility cannot be verified to p444's satisfaction.

You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. You must not be registered or employed with p444 or any of its affiliated entities. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of p444 complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Verification (KYC)

p444 is required to verify the identity of all registered players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be required to provide identity and address verification documents at any time, including but not limited to the following:

1. A government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence).
2. Proof of current address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar official document dated within the last three months).
3. Proof of payment method (screenshot or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account linked to the depositing number).
4. Selfie photograph for live identity verification purposes.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on p444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). p444 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed at the time of the transaction and may vary by payment method. p444 reserves the right to modify supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet registered in the name of the p444 account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation. p444 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. Deposits are credited to your p444 account balance promptly upon receipt of confirmed payment.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment account or wallet registered in the same name as the p444 account. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. p444 aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe; actual processing times depend on the payment provider and may vary. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The account balance must not be subject to any active bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been met.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold applicable to the selected payment method.
• p444 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawal amounts.
• In the event of a suspected security incident affecting an account, withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

p444 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer and form part of this Agreement.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; any unmet bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry. Only real-money wagers placed on qualifying games contribute to wagering requirement completion. Free bets and other promotional wager types may be excluded from or contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirement calculations.

Bonus Abuse

p444 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus, free spin, or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence that a player has abused promotional offers. Abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated or scripted play, placing low-risk or hedged bets specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine game participation, or exploiting errors or glitches in the platform.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p444. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable law requires or permits:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether in the same name or a different name.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the platform in a way that gives an unfair advantage or circumvents normal platform functionality.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

p444 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activities. Detection may result in immediate account action without prior warning, and p444 is not required to disclose the specific basis for any account action taken in connection with fraud or security investigations.

6. Responsible Gaming

Self-Exclusion and Deposit Limits

The p444 brand name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of p444. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the p444 trademark, logo, or other brand features without express prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of p444's intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p444 excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to the following categories of loss:

• Loss of winnings or profits arising from platform downtime, technical error, or data transmission failure.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage of any kind.
• Loss arising from reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional terms.
• Any loss arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or software providers integrated into the platform.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with p444 support, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedies.

p444 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension and fund withholding — in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other serious violations of these Terms, without being required to await the outcome of any formal dispute process.

10. Amendments to These Terms

p444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, p444 will notify registered players via the contact details associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, or immediately upon posting if no effective date is specified. Your continued use of p444 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using p444 and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Requests for account closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal and balance return procedures set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
